Eat when you’re hungry. Avoid seeing food as “good” or “bad.” Attain a healthy weight without counting calories. It sounds like the best “diet” out there, right? Except, it’s not a diet – it’s a way of life and well within your grasp! In this session, you will learn how to apply the basic principles of Intuitive Eating, an eating philosophy based upon respecting one’s body and satisfying physical hunger, to your own life. You will also learn how to rebuild a healthy body image and make peace with food once and for all. If you have ever struggled with dieting, binge eating, or your self-image, then you will not want to miss this session!
