Is mindfulness and meditation just a fad? Will it really help me? How can I take time out of my busy schedule to meditate?
These are questions that can be answered by signing up for the Mindfulness & Meditation course offered by the Missouri State University Employee Wellness Program! During this four-week course you will learn the principles of mindfulness and meditation. Meditation has been known to reduce stress, control anxiety, enhance self-awareness, reduce age-related memory loss, generate kindness, and improve health. Mindfulness will allow you to focus on the present moment and realize your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations and accept whatever they may be. Join instructor Pat Campbell M. Ed. and improve your mental wellness!
