What is Ageless Grace?
Ageless Grace™ is a cutting-edge brain fitness program based on neuroplasticity that involves all 5 areas of the brain – analytical, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination – and simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function. 

Why Ageless Grace?
This exercise program will help you to remain strong as you age, flexible to reach those high shelves and sharp for dealing with those youngsters around you.  These exercises are based on everyday movements that are natural and organic, focus on healthy longevity of the body and mind. Dress lightly and bring a water bottle for hydration.

Instructor: Vicki Rossmann, Certified Ageless Grace Educator

When: Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 PM -12:30 PM
Where: Magers Health and Wellness Center, Room 102
Registration fee:  Free! 

Please register through My Learning Connection:
– Login at My Missouri State.
– Go to the “Profile” tab.
– Click “My Learning Connection” under the Professional Development section.
– Once there, type Ageless Grace into the search box at the upper right of the screen.
– Follow the prompts to checkout and complete payment process, if necessary.
