Whether you have a pressure cooker or are thinking about getting one, this session will open your eyes to the versatility of pressure cookers. This powerhouse appliance can be used to warm, steam, slow cook, brown, and sauté! Imagine the possibilities! Pressure cookers are great for people with a busy life, big family, small kitchen, on a budget, or environmentally conscious.
Join us for a fun, educational, and interactive Cooking Talks class led by our experienced registered dietitians and dietetic interns. Food will be served at each session. You will also take home what you cook! You will leave with a wealth of knowledge (and several yummy recipes) that can help you to prepare healthy, fast, and tasty meals! While we will use the InstaPot Multi-Cooker in this session, the information presented will be applicable to most other brands of pressure cookers.
