Good Food, Good Mood: The Effect of Food on Emotions – Thursday, November 29th (5:15 – 6:30 PM)
Do you “eat your feelings”? Or perhaps you get “hangry” when you skip meals or snacks. Come learn about the fascinating relationship between the food we eat and our emotional health. This Nutrition Talk will also highlight the latest research in how nutrition and gut health correlate with depression and anxiety. You will also learn simple, easy steps in improving your gut health to reduce stress, anxiety, and your risk for chronic disease while improving energy levels and emotional well-being.
