The MSU Employee Wellness Program has collaborated with Austin Boon, licensed Professional Counselor at Magers Health & Wellness Center, to bring you a 4-part mental health video series.

Each of these 4 sessions will help you learn surprisingly simple, yet effective strategies for reducing anxiety and experiencing peace. Whether your anxiety is great or small, general or specific, these sessions are for you!
