The class will encompass a gentle deep stretch, followed by balance and strength building poses, ending with a supported restorative practice. Practice develops body awareness, strength, balance, flexibility and focus.
Props such as yoga mats, blocks, and straps will be available for use if you do not have your own. Participants are also encouraged to bring a water bottle for hydration and dress comfortably.

Tai Chi will begin on May 3 – July 28 and will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00-1pm in the Plaster Student Union (PSU). Class will start around 12:10pm. You will have to participate in over 50% of classes to meet the attendance requirement for the class to be put onto your Wellness Transcript.
