Student presents lecture at international grapevine conference

MU-MSU Cooperative PhD in Plant Science student Courtney Coleman gave a talk at the 10th International Conference on Grapevine Genetics and Breeding in Geneva New York (Aug1 -5, 2010). Title: “Genetic Mapping of REN1: A powdery mildew resistance gene present in two central Asian grapevines”.

Courtney is the first student in the cooperative PhD program. She did her research work in collaboration among The University of Udine (Italy), Pecs University (Hungary), Missouri State University and MU-Columbia.
