Joe Wright retires after 31 years of service

September 2, 2011 by Marilyn Odneal

Joe Wright retired as Vehicle and Equipment Mechanic from the Missouri State Fruit Experiment Station after 31 years of service to the University. Joe maintained the equipment and vehicles and participated on our annual elementary school tours for many years. He taught the school children about apples and coined the phrase “Mr. Wright is always right!” Everyone at the station wishes Joe best of luck in his golden years.

Joe Wright shows everyone his motorcycle cake, 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla.
