All full-time and part-time faculty and staff hired prior to December 31, 2011, are required to complete the Institutional Equity and Compliance Refresher Training Series 2012 by Friday, June 1, 2012. For employees hired after December 31, 2011 the refresher training is optional. This requirement is addressed in the University’s Policy Library under the 2.2.1 Discrimination and Harassment Training Policy.
The Institutional Equity and Compliance Refresher Training Series 2012 consists of two online training programs, Preventing Sexual Harassment and Preventing Employment Discrimination. All employees have been automatically enrolled in the series through My Learning Connection and the course can be accessed from their Current Class List located under your Learning Portfolio tab.
Please follow these instructions to ensure that you complete both online programs along with the Post Test for verification and documentation of your online transcript. Your completion data is documented electronically so you do not need to send any documentation forward except as requested by your supervisor.
