In this year’s biennial MOAK  4-State Regional Art Exhibition, opening this weekend at the Springfield Art Museum, prize winners include MSU Art and Design graduate Megan Johnson (2012), who received a top award for her charcoal drawing, “Sinker.” Members of our Art and Design faculty received awards as well: Photography professor Jimmy Allen for his photo entitled “Tiffany—PetSmart,” and Metals and Jewelry professor Sarah Perkins for her copper and enamel work “Black Line Open Bowl.”

Please join us in congratulating our student alumna and our faculty members!

The MOAK exhibition will be on display at the Springfield Art Museum (111 E. Brookside Dr., Springfield) from November 17-January 13.
