In alumni news, Logan Williams (BFA Ceramics 2014) works as a studio artist at the Pottery Shop at Silver Dollar City, Branson, MO, while Craig Hartenberger (BFA Ceramics 2013) exhibited a piece in the 2015 NCECA National Juried Show at RISD’s Brown Gallery in Providence, Rhode Island. Craig also continues to work as a primary artist constructing site-specific fire sculptures for Danish artist Nina Hole. Craig helped build a large Fire Sculpture at Guldagergaard International Ceramics Research Center in Denmark in April- May, 2015. He will also assist in the construction of a Fire Sculpture at Purdue University in September- October, 2015.

Zachary Tate (BFA Ceramics 2008) and his wife, Leah Schroeder, are buying a large house from the Goshen, Indiana, Redevelopment and Planning Commission to turn it into Goshen Youth Arts, where they hope to teach visual arts to teenagers. See the story on this at the Elkhart Truth newspaper for more information on the project.
