The officers of the Student Photographic Society at MSU were able to attend the 2019 Society for Photographic Education Conference in Cleveland, Ohio: “The Myths of Photography and the American Dream.” While in attendance, they listened to many presentations by esteemed photographers and participated in portfolio reviews with various photographers, including Henry Horenstein. Able to attend were Amber Donaldson–Photo Society President, Kaitie Stone–Treasurer, Levi Smith–Vice President, Kevin Jolley–Historian and Ruby Reddecliff–Public Relations; the SPS faculty advisor is Jimmie Allen.
