New greenhouse means new research

CNAS is incredibly excited to have a brand-new, state-of-the-art greenhouse. We outgrew our old one. Now, we have a larger, compartmentalized and automated structure. Research opportunity and industry experience in one project

Leah Brand and Julie Curless spent their part of their summer in the vineyards. As part of a National Science Foundation Plant Genome Research Program (NSF-PGRP) grant, they sampled grapevines at E.J. Gallo Winery in California’s Central Valley. Grape grant going great

In 2016, Missouri based scientists were awarded $4.6 million to study techniques to adapt crops for climate change.
