Heather Hagstrom, graduate student in the special education program, received the 2013 Delta Gamma Foundation Student Stipend Award to attend American Foundation for the Blind 2013 Leadership Conference in Chicago, Illinois. This award is provided to university students pursuing advanced studies in blindness and low vision. Heather is currently pursuing certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired.
