Parents are constantly looking for the best education for their children, and technology may just be the key. The Ozarks Educational Research Initiative (OERI) at Missouri State University was founded in 2006 to improve, promote and disseminate educational research by conducting studies and program evaluations, and Dr. Dr. Tamara Arthaud, department head of counseling, leadership and special education at Missouri State, said their latest initiative involves the concept of 1:1 technology.
