Missouri State University’s Dr. Tammy Jahnke and Dr. Rob Hornberger were recently published by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.  

Jahnke is dean of the College of Natural and Applied Sciences. Hornberger is the associate vice president for enrollment management and services.

The pair wrote chapter seven in the book titled, “SEM in Action: Implementing and Sustaining Your Plan.” The book is a practical guide for campus leaders to implement and sustain their college or university’s strategic enrollment plan (SEM).  

Chapter seven is a case study of MSU, and it explores the university’s SEM plan. It includes information about the pandemic’s effect and innovative practices and campus culture changes.
