SOLAR ECLIPSE update…
A giant thank you to Becky Baker (PAMS) for all of her work organizing the event! Becky formed a great team of students, faculty and alumni of PAMS to help plan the event.
Thank you to Hannah Whaley (student worker) who helped Becky work on the details all summer.
Thank you to Gale Lininger who stepped in during the last week and helped to organize the volunteers.
Thank you to University Communications Staff, Safety and Transportation Staff, Plaster Stadium Staff, CNAS Staff and so many more who volunteered to make the day a success!!!
Thank you to the many student volunteers who helped with set up and take down along with a variety of stations – both on the field and off the field!
The day was an example of what true teamwork looks like and we are an awesome team!
The data collected from the solar panels just outside of the library across from Temple Hall tell the story of the eclipse with data – https://enlighten.enphaseenergy.com/pv/public_systems/2uSX719430/overview
