10/12/24 Power Outage – Blunt Hall and Kemper Halls will have no power during this work.
Cheek Hall Renovation – Design work is being done this fall. Construction will begin immediately after commencement in May of 2025.

Phase One Three Week Lookahead (Week 67)
9/9/24 thru 9/13/24
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work in addition – Levels 4 & 5. Chilled Water System goes live.
- Gypsum board installation & Finish Level 2 & 3. Painting on Level 2.
- Curtain wall continues. Exterior glazing installation near completion. GFRC installation commences.
- Penthouse & screen wall panel installation continues – scheduled to be complete early September.
- Roof installation Level 5 continues. Roof hatch installation. Roof installation at Auditorium continues. (Dumpster adjacent to southeast sidewalk)
- Lab Casework Installation commences – Level 1.
- Elevator installation continues (duration-week 4/6).
- Porch Pergola installation commences.
