BLUNT HALL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

Phase One Three Week Lookahead

 10/14/24 thru 10/25/24

  • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work in addition – Levels 0, 4 & 5.
  • Gypsum board installation & Finish Level 4. Painting on Level 3.
  • Curtain wall continues. GFRC installation continues. Metal wrap continues.
  • Roof installation Auditorium & Level 5 continues. Scheduled to be complete end of October.
  • Lab Casework Installation continues – Level 3.
  • Auditorium demolition continues.
  • Hardscape on north side commences.

Phase Two Three Week Lookahead

 10/14/24 thru 10/25/24

  • Selective demolition (interior wood framing) – South Side Level 2 & 3.
  • Hydronic main continues in basement and mechanical rooms. (This work will affect the temperatures in the Pit.)
