Lot 46 will be closed for the Chalk & Arts Festival, sponsored by The Foster Adopt Connect – July 7th (5:00pm-10:00pm) and 8th (10:00am-5:00pm).   The Festival will have hands-on art making activities for children and adults mostly involving chalk drawings on the sidewalks and parking lot.  A food truck has been invited to serve the anticipated crowds.  This event will benefit the Foster Adopt Connect Organization of Springfield.
