The COVID-19 Receiving-Delivery Procedure is in effect Thursday, March 26, 2020, and remains in effect until further notice.

Property Control and Receiving are continuing operations, including receiving packages and shipments, for the University. With altered University operations we want to make sure departments are aware of options to receive their items, if appropriate within the stay-at-home order guidelines, for their respective department.

If you are expecting a package; call 836-5776 with your tracking number to verify it has been received in our warehouse. If we have received your package you can select one of the modified delivery options established to support social distancing.

1. Curbside pick-up: Park in space designated “Receiving Curbside Pick-up” located on the east side of the Central Stores and Maintenance building, 945 E. Grand St, and call 836-5776 to inform us of your arrival.
2. Building entrance delivery: Call 836-5776 and coordinate a time for your package to be delivered to an outer door of your building.

Modified processes are in place to support social distancing. Please contact us with questions at 836-5776 or receiving@missouristate.edu. Please do not visit the warehouse in person for questions or pick-up. Large items and fixed assets will be handled on a case by case basis.
