Kings Street, south of Grand Avenue, will be closed to vehicular traffic from May 17 through May 28 due to Phelps Grove Neighborhood water and gas main renewals being constructed by City Utilities.  Barriers will be erected and signage posted.  Pedestrian access will be limited and caution is recommended.

Vehicle access will be blocked to the east entrance of Parking Lot 18 and west entrance of Parking Lot 22. 

The sidewalk on the west side of Kings St (near Lot 18) will not be accessible during this time.  It is recommended to use Parking Lot 22 to access the Grand Street crosswalk.  Typically this will be for persons traveling to Temple, the Central Stores Building, Plaster Stadium, etc.
