The Grand Street Underpass will be open for use tomorrow, Friday, 05/12/2023! 

The fencing will be back in place, so crossing Grand Street from the parking lots will no longer be possible.

The temporary pedestrian crosswalk and lane restriction on Grand will be removed early next week.

All parking spaces east of the underpass are now designated as Reserved (Blue) Lot 24.  Parking spaces west of the underpass are designated as Commuter (Yellow) Lot 22.
