Facilities Management has received feedback from some staff members stating that they would like to minimize the number of people who enter their individual offices. Staff/Faculty members may submit a request to decline custodial service in their individual office in perpetuity instead of the academic year as has been done in past years.
- The request is done in perpetuity until the staff/faculty member resends the request through Work Management.
- The request is for all Custodial services so the staff/faculty member will be responsible for maintaining their space including emptying their waste and recycling containers.
- Custodial Services will be placing a sticker on the office door frame as a visual reminder to Custodial staff that no service is requested in the space. If the identifier is missing a work request should be entered and/or Work Management contacted
- If there is an urgent need that requires Custodial attention, a work request should be entered and/or Work Management contacted.
