Please be advised that the contractor will be onsite Monday, January 20, 2025, to begin work for the Judith Enyeart Reynolds Complex. Construction fence installation will begin. The sidewalk between the Art Annex and Craig Hall as well as along Grand Street will be closed for tree removal. Pedestrians on the north side of Grand Street using the underpass will need to enter/exit at the southwest corner of the Art Annex. There will be a temporary lane closure on Grand Street during the tree removal. The 15-minute loading zone on Grand Street at the south entrance of Craig Hall will close for the duration of the project. Project timeline: January 20, 2025 – September 2026.

On Tuesday, January 21, 2025, the tree on the west side of Craig Hall by the loading dock will be removed, and sidewalks in that area will be closed.
