There will be a mural painting event going on that will use downtown parking lots 40 and 42.

This week they are prepping the wall in lot 40, which is why the west spaces are blocked off.

On Monday, 09/29/25, they will be taking the entire lot.  It will be closed through the end of the event on Monday, 10/06/25.

On Tuesday, 10/07/25 through Friday, 10/10/25, lot 40 will be shared use again.

Lot 42 will only be closed for the main festival period of Friday, 10/03/25 through Monday, 10/06/25.

While lot 42 is closed, the event coordinator has arranged for people displaced to use the parking garage behind the Meyer Center.
