Multiple buildings on the Springfield campus are without power. Buildings impacted include Blair-Shannon and TelCom, Ellis Hall, Plaster Stadium, Blunt Hall, Kemper Hall, Central Stores and Maintenance, Carrington Hall, Craig Hall, Karls Hall, Hill Hall, Art Annex, Wells House and Kings Street Annex. Water Main Break/Bearline Reroute

Water main break occurred earlier this morning (9/20/2023) on Madison Street (east of Kings Street). Facilities team contacted City Utilities to repair the break and the repair is currently underway. Fire Alarm System Outage

There will be a brief outage of the fire alarm systems at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 7th. A system component is being moved over to the cloud. The systems will still send sound locally in the event of a fire, but will not report to dispatch.
