There are two great ways to make a difference at Missouri State and in the Springfield community! We encourage your participation in the Missouri State Way and the United Way Campaigns! Our Missouri State Way Campaign is an opportunity for faculty and staff to support areas of the university. It’s an internal effort specifically focused on the participation of the campus community. All donations, regardless of amount or designation, made by faculty and staff during the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) count toward the Missouri State Way giving total.

Share the love and give a #BearHug! Join us in celebrating Valentine’s Day by sharing your love of Missouri State! Submit BearWear pics of you and your Valentine and we’ll share on the Alumni Association Facebook page on Valentine’s Day. Upload your photo of your Bear Valentine and tell us your story! It can be anyone you choose—husband, wife, significant other, children, pets, or your best pal ever! Please consider showing a little “Bear” love and give a #BearHug to a Missouri State crowdfunding campaign by making a gift or advocating for their cause.
#GivingTuesday™ is a worldwide campaign to promote a global day of giving at the start of the annual holiday season. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday encourages end-of-year giving. On Tuesday, November 29, the Foundation will be showcasing our new site, Missouri State Crowdfunding. Please consider supporting the incredible crowdfunding campaigns now in process. Whether you choose to be a donor or advocate, or both, your support makes a big impact for Missouri State.
MSU Crowdfunding is a next generation crowdfunding platform for approved Missouri State University causes and projects. The Missouri State University Foundation has a website where project managers can post a project asking for donations from contributors. Project managers and their team members leverage their personal connections through social media (Facebook and Twitter) to reach potential contributors.
