Most of the apples are blossoming this week and the highbush blueberries have quite a few open blossoms as well, but are not in full bloom yet. Pawpaws are blooming, and there has been some damage from the freeze since several buds are brown and dead – but many more blossoms are fine and open or opening.

Lilacs, low growing phlox and the flowering dogwoods – Cornus florida are blooming as well.

The white candytuft (Iberis) is blooming in the Centennial garden, but the edging is not as full as it was last year and I need to replace some plants. There are a few blossoms on the species geranium (Geranium sanguinium lancastrience).
