Regarding the new minimum wage:

The new minimum wage of $15, effective January 1, 2026, will be applied correctly for all applicable payrolls.

Some timesheets beginning January 16 may still display employees’ previous pay rates. This is a known issue, and it is currently being addressed. Employees will be paid at the correct rate on both current and future payrolls.

HR, Student Employment, and Payroll are aware of the issue, and no action or additional contact is needed from employees or supervisors.
