Experiencing Chicago a Second Time

Experiencing Chicago from a Different Perspective

Firstly, I wanted to change my service place because I had been to Chicago once, and I’m eager to have a different experience in other places within America. However, my teacher told me it will be a different Chicago in your second time especially when you go there with a group of diverse people. The fact is, I’m so glad and happy to be Chicago again now with so many lively friends! Thanks to all my group members and now I know what a real meaningful trip is.

Moreover, I have noticed that we can really do something to help people who are homeless and hungry, although it probably is a simple thing like sorting free socks and donated clothes or helping different organizations deliver food. As an international student at MSU, I feel so proud we have such a good trip and chance to know more about America, I really appreciate it. I could be the one who helped people in need.

Thanks for all the people who have warm and kind hearts, what a wonderful world because of the bears!
