Shining a Light in Oklahoma City

A group of 15 people stand and smile at the camera. The group consists of 15 students that went on a Missouri State Immersion Trip to Oklahoma City this fall break. The picture was taken inside City Rescue Mission of OKC after the group served a meal to hundreds of people. Most of the group members made and served a plated meal to individuals experiencing homelessness, or otherwise enrolled in programs at City Rescue Mission. The inside of the building has a brick wall with colorful art, and groups of tables and chairs of multiple colors.
