I am pleased to announce that a group of COM faculty and graduate students have just returned from presenting peer selected research papers and panels at the Central States Communication Association (CSCA) convention in Kansas City (see list of faculty and graduate student papers below). I am also pleased to announce that Dr. Randy Dillon was elected to another term as Chair of the CSCA States Advisory Council—congratulations to Dr. Dillon for being elected to this important regional leadership position. In addition, I will be on ballot for the 2nd Vice President position of CSCA—this association has been my regional academic home for many years so I am honored to be considered for this position. In all, the MSU Department of Communication was well represented at this important research conference.
Congratulations to all on a job well done! Go Bears!
Shawn Wahl
