Congratulations to Missouri State University Director of University Safety David Hall. He was named a finalist for Campus Safety Magazine’s 2021 Director of the Year Award.
Hall has previously received recognition for excellence in public safety and fire and rescue training efforts.
Some of his notable achievements include:
- Streamlined the Clery Act timely warning and emergency notification processes.
- Implemented Stop-the-Bleed training on the Missouri State campus and added quick clot bandages and tourniquets in AED cabinets across campus.
- Purchased a new records management and computer-aided dispatch system, resulting in $20,000 annual savings for the university.
