O’Reilly Auto Parts is looking to fill three full-time marketing positions and an internship.
Digital Marketing Specialist
This position will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. This person will also manage all PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
- Experience with and knowledge of product sales
- Experience with and knowledge of online marketing and display advertising set-up and coordination (Google AdWords, Yahoo Network, etc.)
- Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Word, Power Point
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. (full time)
Digital Media Designer
The Digital Media Design helps perform various graphic design duties, such as creating and producing marketing collateral through a wide range of digital mediums including responsive emails, web-based display ads, content landing pages, OReillyAuto.com marketing content and promotional materials.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience and/or Bachelor degree in Graphic/Web Design
- Must be well-versed in industry-leading Web Design Trends and User Interface best practices
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Fluent in HTML and CSS

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. (full time)
Social Media & Digital Content Specialist
This position will build and execute the social media strategy including post creation, engagement and promotion creation. He/she will also create and oversee the development of brand and category landing page content for the retail website.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business.
- Requires experience with and knowledge of online marketing.
- Ability to write, proofread, and edit with proficiency and accuracy.
- Requires experience with and knowledge of Microsoft
- Experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and coding is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and organizational skills. Must present a professional company image and positive attitude. Comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment.

Talent Acquisition Internship
The focus of the Talent Acquisition Department is to utilize a mix of marketing and recruiting tactics that are exciting, fun, and energizing leading to brand enhancement for the company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern. This position will play an integral role as we continue to build our brand, engage with top talent, and promote why O’Reilly is a compelling place to work.
The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design, social media content, and promotional advertisement. The Intern will also assist with the day to day activities within Talent Acquisition. This Internship is designed for professional growth and an opportunity to build and foster relationships.
Skills/Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or having completed a professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, advertising and promotion, business, information technology service management or related field, preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in email
- Microsoft Office Products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
- Adobe Creative Cloud including, but not limited to, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Strong time management skills in order to manage multiple ongoing deliverables
- Understanding of usability fundamentals and design principles
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and fluctuating schedules
