Job Title: eCommerce Marketing Specialist

General Summary: Responsible for day-to-day operations and planning of oreillyauto.com and special projects focused on improving the online customer experience and growing eCommerce revenue.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage and oversee the daily activities on our online store
Learn all aspects of the eCommerce website and how it integrates with external and internal systems
Work closely with analyst to develop strategic insights
Scope and search to improve our web-site functionality and design at all times
Coordinate and prioritize feature development that integrates with major internal systems such as O’Cat (O’Reilly Electronic Catalog Database)
Work with IS to define business requirements for special projects by working with business segment leadership, functional managers, partners, and the development team
Assist in managing eCommerce roadmap initiatives
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Act as subject matter expert to support change management, and communicate project status across the organization
SKILLS / EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / ABILITIES
Required:
Bachelor degree
Familiarity with core concepts and tactics related to eCommerce
2-3 years eCcommerce, project management experience
Ability to understand the requirements and features necessary to support the technologies and processes needed to operate a successful eCommerce program
Able to work in a team oriented environment
