CSI is searching for a qualified candidate desiring a successful career in a customer service. Working with the International Business Development Leader and Customer Service Manager, this role ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Primary responsibilities include: Develop and maintain rapport with customers, vendors, and internal customers This position has the potential to assume the following additional responsibilities: Coordinate international shipments with the shipping department, customers, forwarders and logistics companies CSI employees are actively engaged in the company’s culture, committed to core values, and have a passion for excellence. A CSI employee is self-aware and open to coaching and learning. This position requires mechanical aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, intermediate-to-advanced computer and keyboarding skills, and initiative. The ability to communicate and develop relationships with customers is critical. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and able to multi-task. CSI offers 40 years of experience providing state-of-the-art stainless steel process equipment and service for the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. Bilingual, desired
Spanish, preferred Good telephone etiquette, required Education: College credits, desired; Bachelor of Science, preferred Experience: Customer service experience, required MS Word and Excel Intermediate-to-Advanced 10-key/data entry experience, required Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90% of work day, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, calculator, computer keyboard and mouse.
