Last spring, the efactory introduced an all-new program designed to equip MSU students with hands-on experience working alongside local innovators. In this program, students are paired with efactory incubator companies for a semester-long, paid internship.
Joining this program allows you to –
- Dive into the entrepreneurial world
- Collaborate with founders
- Gain insights into what it takes to build and grow a business
- Participate in “The Great Game of Business MiniGames” with a cohort of fellow MSU interns
Eligibility Requirements
- Be enrolled in at least six credit hours as a Missouri State University undergraduate or graduate student.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Be able to work 12-15 hours a week for 12 weeks during the academic semester you are hired for.
- Attend a program orientation meeting.
- Attend monthly program meetings with the cohort/participate in professional development activities.
- Share program reflections and feedback at monthly meetings.
- Engage in The Great Game of Business® cohort exercises and end-of-semester MiniGames® pitch.
