Position Overview: Partner Account Manager

As an Associate Partner Account Manager, you’ll spend your first six months learning client delivery from the ground up through SDR work like prospecting, appointment setting, and building a predictable pipeline that drives growth. You’ll gain hands-on business development experience, not just observe it. From there, you transition into full account management—serving as the link between clients and their growth goals by building trust, managing partnerships, and driving results. After passing certification at six months, you move into the full Partner Account Manager role. This structured path leads to six-figure opportunities in sales, management, and account management, with potential to reach $100K+ by year two.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Master the SDR fundamentals: prospecting, outreach, and securing meetings that drive client pipeline
  • Manage business development for client partners by setting appointments that pave the way for growth
  • Grow into full client relationship ownership as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Drive account performance by identifying opportunities, removing friction, and keeping clients engaged and retained
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client deliverables are executed on time and on target
  • Track and report on account health metrics, proactively flagging risks and opportunities
  • Hit your milestones, pass your certification, and step into the full Partner Account Manager role at six months

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a U.S. university
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow

Location: 701 North 1st St. Suite 101, Saint Louis, MO

Compensation: $45K to start, automatic increase to $55K at 6 months, plus variable compensation upon PAM certification.

Weekly Hours: This is a hybrid role. You’ll start in-office to build the foundation — learning our people, our process, and our clients. As you grow and hit your milestones, you’ll earn increased remote flexibility.
