The advertising department for Missouri State’s student-run newspaper, The Standard, has been named a finalist in the College Media Association‘s Pinnacle Awards for work done during the 2013-2014 school year. The three categories in which they have placed include best display ad, best online ad and best rate card/media kit. Winners will be announced at the 2014 National College Media Convention, Oct. 29-Nov. 2 in Philadelphia.
