Springfield moviegoers to vote on international films in Manhattan Short Film Festival

The department of media, journalism and film will be screening  the 17th Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival Sept. 27, from 6:30 to 10 p.m., at the Plaster Student Union Theater. Recent media production grad takes job at ESPN
