This summer Broadcast Journalism student Brett Kaprelian studied away in Scotland. He blogged about his trip so he could share his experiences with us.
Scotland – Week Two
This past week marked the half way point of my trip. So far, I am having an excellent time.
The hills, the people, and the culture make Scotland a treasure. My school work was a bit boring at first, but it is starting to get pretty interesting.
I am taking a marketing class in Scotland and a class in sports management. Sports Management is a lot different over here compared to the United States.

I also went over to Loch Lomond. It is in the northern part of Scotland, and it is beautiful! I went on a two-hour boat tour.

There are many cool things on the lake such as the boats, multiple castle-like hotels, and a country club with a golf course. To be a member at the club, it would cost 60,000£ (over 100 $2,000).
I still have a lot of adventures left, and I can’t wait to experience them.
