Double Reed Day returns on Feb. 6

Registration will be open for oboe and bassoon players in grades 7-12 until Feb. 1 for this year's Double Reed Day. This year's event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 6. Professors to premiere orchestra piece in China

Music professors Dr. John Prescott and Dr. Cynthia Green Libby will travel to China next month to debut Prescott's piece, "Baroque Concerto for 2 Oboes and Chamber Orchestra."
