The Psychology Department’s Per-Course Faculty member Jim Sly was recently chosen to be one of fourteen individuals highlighted by Qualtrics on their Qualtrics on Campus Innovative Exchange web page.

The “survey” that won Jim this honor was his Staff Contact Scheduler and FAQ survey. Jim’s survey used Qualtrics’ advanced branching logic, embedded media functionality, and logic-based email triggers that provided his PSY 121 – Introductory Psychology students an easy to use, centralized, and interactive form to schedule appointments with staff and get their most frequently asked questions answered quickly.
