Mark your calendars for public affairs movie night!
Bustin’ Down the Door
Friday, April 1st
6:30 p.m. @ PSU Theater
The winter of 1975 in Hawaii —a dramatic moment in history when a group of young South African and Australian surfers sacrificed everything. Their radical new surfing styles and brash aggressive attitudes, crashed headlong into a culture not ready for revolution. They put it all on the line to create a sport, a culture, and an industry that is today worth billions of dollars.
Free and open to the campus and community — join us to experience some of the sport’s history and see some of the biggest legends that defined the early days of pro surfing.
