  • It is time to nominate Missouri State University Staff Senators to represent the job families on campus.
  • April 13 at 8 AM – sign-up begins for DeStress Fest for free chair massage appointments on May 1.
  • Staff can purchase breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the dining halls for only $6.45 with Dining Dollars.
  • April 15 – the ADP/performance review period opens and runs until June 30.
  • MSU Campus Recreation hosts week-long day camps from June 8-July 31 for children ages 6-12. Register here.
  • MSU has new branding updates for social media, web, content, writing, and logo usage.

• TODAY is the deadline to reserve your baseball tickets for April 15 at 6:30 PM at Hammons Field – Mo State vs MU
• TODAY (April 10)-April 12 – Theatre and Dance presents Airness at the Credo Arts Center in Springfield – Tickets still available.
• April 12 – 5:30-9 PM – Bangladeshi Night – PSU West Ballroom – experience Bangladeshi culture, dance, music, and food at this free event
• April 14 – The Music Department presents a free Wind Ensemble concert at the Aetos Center in Nixa.
• April 15 – 6:30 PM – PSU Theater – Bear Power presents The Ride Ahead – Free movie, door prizes, snacks, and drinks
• April 23 – 11 AM-2 PM – Fountain Day! – celebrate the fountain’s first day of the season between Blunt Hall (formerly Temple Hall) and Meyer Library
• May 7 – 10-11:30 AM – Pet Therapy with Boris – visit Boris, the pet therapy cat, at the Meyer Library

Public Affairs opportunities:

• August 13-15 – Welcome residence hall students by volunteering with Bear Crew
• August 26 – 5:15 PM-8 PM – Volunteer with House Calls – Interact with residence hall students while checking in to see if they have any questions or need assistance.

Professional development opportunities:

• May 4 – 12-1 PM – Academic Advisor Forum – Advising Resources in Action
• Explore My Learning Connection (LMS) training courses and LinkedIn Learning opportunities.
