1. Join us as we Celebrate Peggy Jones – The Division of Student Affairs invites you to Celebrate the Retirement of Peggy Jones on Monday, December 2nd at 3:30pm in the PSU Ballroom East. Remarks will take place at 3:45pm. View the invitation. More info: pchildress@missouristate.edu
2. Open Enrollment Period for Health Insurance and More – The time is here to choose or change your medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending plans. For the 2025 plan year, open enrollment is from Nov. 1, 2024, to Dec. 1, 2024. To find out how to enroll and to get your questions answered, visit the Open Enrollment webpage.
3. Open Forum for Assistant Director, Programs-Office of Student Engagement – You are invited to participate in the Open Forums for the Assistant Director, Programs, Office of Student Engagement. They will present on the topic “From Ideas to Impact: Creative Event Planning for Maximum Student Engagement.”

4. Inclusion Awareness Team FUSE Card Game Event – Join the Inclusion Awareness Team for a fun event and play the FUSE Card Game while enjoying light breakfast items and drinks. Fuse cards are a series of conversational prompts based on three principles: listen, learn, acknowledge. The FUSE Card Game is a great and fun way to practice skills and ways to talk about difficult subjects in a simple, structured way.

5. Missouri State Dining Services Holiday Luncheon – Join Missouri State Dining Services for a delicious Holiday Luncheon on Friday, November 22nd, 11am-1pm, PSU Grand Ballroom. The cost is $12 per person. Reservations can be made (not required) by emailing TeriTrickey@missouristate.edu. Lunch includes turkey, ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and delectable desserts. View the flyer.
6. Join us for the Annual Donuts for DOSA Event – The Social Committee invites you to Save-the-Date for the annual Donuts for DOSA event on Friday, December 6, 8:30-9:30 am in PSU 308! Enjoy some delicious donuts and hot chocolate provided by Missouri State Catering and visit with your friends and co-workers! Look for the invitation in your email soon. View the invitation.
7. Department Spotlight – The Bookstore – The Missouri State University Bookstore is a dynamic hub on campus. It is dedicated to supporting students, staff, and faculty by providing essential course materials, technology solutions, and BearWear while fostering collaboration, accessibility, and school pride through its wide range of services and initiatives. 8. Holiday Happenings with the University Ambassadors and the Office of Admissions – The Missouri State University Ambassadors and the Office of Admissions cordially invite you to attend Holiday Happenings! The children and grandchildren of Missouri State Faculty and Staff members will have the opportunity to decorate cookies, have their picture taken with Santa, create holiday crafts, play games, and engage in other seasonal activities.
