• Added athlete, international, honors / accelerated honors, pre-professional, and veteran attributes to student list filter
• Student Schedule -Custom refund/drop deadlines clearly displayed for each student’s schedule
• Schedule bugs corrected
• Accessibility tweaks made to improve both usability with screen readers
• Added campus to detailed search and West Plains academic information
• Student Schedule – enhanced Detailed Schedule View for improved readability
• Improved Student List filters:
  • Added multi select capability (e.g. now able to search for more than one option, such as freshmen and sophomores)

• • Improved keyword search for academic programs in filters, replacing the long drop-down list. This accommodates searching by program description or code. 

• • Reorganization of academic programs in Student List so that all majors/minors, and certificates will be displayed appropriately and rewriting the selection process so that all academic programs are displayed (formerly limited to 2, and certificates were grouped with majors). 

Steering Team Meeting

• Beginning this summer, our team will communicate ATLAS enhancements in a blog, so subscribers will be notified of all improvements and issues in timely fashion. Steering team members will host an advisor forum in fall with updates and training.

• Team agreed upon institution provided data elements to display in the Insights tab.

  • At or nearing indication of not maintaining satisfactory academic progress with financial aid

  • Financial holds preventing registration for next term

  • If receiving a university scholarship
