Amanda already mentioned it, but a few of us went to dinner at Soo’s this afternoon. I didn’t really know what to expect since it was Korean food and I’ve never had it before. Right when I walked in I was taken back by the odd smells of different foods. However, everything tasted so delicious. The dish I ordered was called Bibimbap which was a mixture of different cooked veggies, rice, and beef. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and will recommend it to others!
